Additionally, we’ve noticed incidents where individuals pose as fake students seeking help, sending prolonged emails or engaging in chats not because they genuinely need assistance, but at the recommendation of someone unhappy with our business due to a past experience. Such instances often involve groups ganging up, spreading defaming allegations, and engaging in malicious campaigns to tarnish our reputation intentionally.

This behavior is harmful not only to our team but also to the broader community of online businesses offering valuable services. Spreading false claims, ganging up, and defaming a business without cause is not only unethical but also an offense punishable by law.

Cyberbullying is a serious matter. While we have ignored such incidents in the past, we can no longer allow them to persist. Going forward, we will gather evidence of communications that qualify as cyberbullying or defamation and report such cases to the appropriate cyber authorities.

We urge users to approach online businesses respectfully, understanding that a "no" is sometimes the only feasible response. Cyberbullying not only disrupts the operations of a business but also negatively impacts the mental health of those on the receiving end.
