Digital Products Only

All products, resources, memberships, courses, notes, solved papers, worksheets, test series and other educational materials available on our website are digital in nature and can be accessed online.

Smart Exam Resources does not ship, courier, post or deliver any physical hard copies to any user, whether the user is a free member or a paid member.

Delivery Timeline for Paid Resources

After successful completion of payment, paid users will receive instant access to the paid resources included in their selected membership, course, plan or product.

There is no separate manual activation process required to activate the membership after successful payment. Once the payment is completed successfully, access is automatically enabled for the eligible paid resources.

Access to Paid Resources

Paid resources can be accessed until the expiry of the membership period,  applicable to the product purchased by the user.

• Users must access their paid resources using the registered email address connected to the payment.
• The same registered email address should be used to log in and access the purchased resources.
• Access to paid resources remains valid only until the expiry of the applicable membership.
• Once the membership  expires, access to paid resources will be discontinued.

No Hard Copy Delivery

All resources on our website are digital. We do not provide printed books, printed notes, printed worksheets, printed solved papers or any other physical material through postal or courier delivery.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and suitable device to access the digital resources online.

Payment Completed but Access Not Visible

In rare cases, if payment has been successfully completed but access to paid resources is not visible, users should contact us using the registered email address used at the time of payment. The membership access will be restored on  top priority.
